🌿 Deputy Manager (SENCo and Fledglings Room Lead)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate early years professional to join our leadership team at Little Robins’ Day Nursery.
Our Deputy Manager will lead our Fledglings Room, a nurturing, play-rich environment for children aged 2+, whilst supporting inclusive practice across the nursery as our SENCo.
We are a small, family-run nursery with a strong focus on relationships, curiosity, and high-quality early education.

🌼 What We’re Looking For:
Lead daily operations in the 2+ room
Act as the SENCo, supporting inclusion and early intervention
Plan, assess, and monitor provision in line with the EYFS
Lead and support staff, modelling best practice
Work collaboratively with families and outside agencies
⭐ You’ll Need:
✅ Essential Criteria:
Level 3 or above in Early Years.
Experience working with children aged 2+.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Confident working with SEND and behaviour.
Commitment to child-led, responsive practice.
✨ Desirable Criteria:
Paediatric First Aid.
SENCo qualification or training.
Experience supervising staff.
