FAQ

Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Our daily menu includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, and a light tea. All meals are prepared fresh on-site. We cater for allergies and dietary requirements—just let us know!
- Babies (0–2 years): 1 adult to 3 children
- Toddlers (2–3 years): 1 adult to 4 children
- Preschool (3–5 years): 1 adult to 8 children
Your child will have a dedicated Key Worker who builds a strong, nurturing bond with them and acts as your main point of contact. All staff are fully qualified (or working towards qualifications) and undergo regular training in safeguarding, first aid, and early childhood development.
Yes! We have a secure and stimulating outdoor area where children can enjoy fresh air, physical play, and nature-based learning every day. Outdoor play is a valued part of our routine—rain or shine!
Our fees are competitive and reflect the high-quality care we provide. We offer both full-day and half-day sessions. A full fee breakdown is available upon request, and we’re happy to talk through it with you.
Yes, we accept both 15 and 30 hours of funded childcare for eligible families. We’re happy to help you check your eligibility and explain how the funding can be used across the week and stretched across the year.
Your child’s wellbeing is our top priority. We have thorough daily cleaning routines, secure entry systems, robust safeguarding policies, and trained first aiders on site at all times. Our outdoor area is safely enclosed, and staff are always supervising.
We accept children from 6 months old up to school-starting age. Children are placed in age-appropriate rooms to best support their development and comfort.
